Instructions for conducting Written Test: (Based on MoU)
To conduct the test under the pandemic situation, the management has decided to have two venues for exam. So Pavanatma will be the centre for Pavanatma alumni only. As per the special decision of manager Fr Jose, invigilation duty of MS college shall be through the faculty of PCM and vice versa. It was a suggestion proposed by our vice principal.
All the papers shall be valued here. MS commerce faculties will come here to assist the valuation.
The company rep will collect the bundle of all answer scripts on 24 th itself, since his flight is on next day.
To reduce the burden of Commerce faculty, we requested both principal's to assign invigilation duty to other Faculties.
Lovingly request the presence of all teachers (at least 3 or 4) for the overall supervision in the
conduct of the recruitment from the beginning.
Registration process will start at 9.00 am by the placement cell and our major responsibilities will be over when hand over the bundle with Company reps with tabulated mark sheet.
This recruitment was an unexpected one, though trying for the last few months.... Got confirmation for one vacancy from the Finance Head last Saturday evening only. When they realised that we are serious with the recruitment process, he has handed over the responsibilities with their HR department. HR department promised for the filling of 2/3 immediate vacancies and to consider more in the near future.
If our college and our candidtes could perform better to give them a good impression, I personally expect atleast 10 in this academic year (not based on any guarantee but based on experience).
Let make it a success so that more MNCs are attracted to our campus. Rather than the request of a colleague, consider it as a suggestion of an elder brother in his 47🙏🏻
There shall be change in the pattern of examination, no further information from their side. Anyway Final accounts shall be a major area.

Faculty members of various teaching departments have conducted online classes in May 2020 using conference apps like zoom, cisco webex meeting, google meet, etc. during the lock-down due to COVID 19 to cover the syllabus prescribed by the University.
Training Classes
Most of the faculty members attended online training and workshops relating to the conduct of online classes, use of moodle platforms as learning management system, voluntarily.

Social Responsibility Initiative
In April 2020, Department of Chemistry has taken initiative to make Sanitizer at their Lab as a part of preventive mechanism of spreading COVID 19. All Sanitizer Bottles are handed over to the Vathickudy Grama Panchayath Office for public use.
